Sport
I regularly do strength and endurance training and enjoy long walks.
Goals: To document my progress and improve where improvements are possible.
Why: I value my mental and physical health.
Forest Work
Growing up with weekends where everyone prepared wood together in the city forest to heat through winter fills me with pride.
Goals: Together it was always faster and made the work much more enjoyable.
Why: I learned a lot about work and wages. Woodwork warms you at least twice: while working and while heating.
DIY
I enjoy repairing things at home and love being hands-on with practical work.
Goals: Things break, that happens. Away from throwaway culture, toward recycling and upcycling.
Why: Sustainability and technical understanding across a wide range of topics have interested me since childhood.
Action & Adventure
I love adventures like skydiving or cliff jumping - adrenaline is my friend!
Goals: Get out of my own comfort zone.
Why: Through this, I repeatedly discover my limits in new ways. It pushes me to reflect on my abilities and keep setting new goals.
